What is a dyno bench
A dynamometer bench (dyno) is equipment that measures an engine's real output: power in horsepower and torque at every rpm. The car is secured on the bench rollers, accelerated under load, and sensors take readings thousands of times per second to build the graphs.
The result is objective numbers and a power curve — not a "feels fast / feels slow" impression.
Real Power
The engine's actual output in horsepower (hp), not just "on paper"
Torque
The engine's pulling force (Nm) at every rpm — what drives acceleration
Graphs and Curves
Clear power and torque curves across the entire rpm range
Before / After Comparison
The objective difference before and after chip tuning — on a graph, not just in words
Why you need a power measurement
Verify Rated Power
Find out whether the engine delivers its stated specs
Assess Engine Condition
Understand the engine's real condition after years of use
Confirm the Gains
See the real effect of chip tuning in numbers and on a graph

Our bench
Measurement accuracy depends on the equipment. The bench supports any type of drivetrain, automatically accounts for atmospheric conditions and provides engine cooling airflow — so the numbers are honest.
- Bench type inertial / load
- Drivetrain support front, rear, all-wheel drive, Haldex
- Measurement error no more than 0,1%
- Atmospheric compensation automatic: t°, pressure, humidity
- Engine cooling airflow forced, during measurement
- Measurement report graph + numbers to take with you
How the measurement works
Car Inspection and Clearance
We inspect the car and check the tires, fluids and tire pressure
Securing on the Bench
We firmly strap the car onto the dyno bench rollers
Measurement Under Load
We accelerate the car while sensors take readings thousands of times per second
Reviewing the Results
We build the graphs, issue the report and go over the numbers with you

Vehicle requirements
For an accurate and safe measurement, check the following before your visit:
- Non-studded tires with no more than 50% wear
- At least 50% fuel in the tank
- No leaking fluids
- Normal tire pressure and sound suspension
- The car must be clean
- Let the technician know about any modifications and issues

For Tuning
Before and After Measurement
Two measurements — before and after — with a comparative gains graph.
- Bench rental (hourly) from 90 €/hour
- Repeat run (without removing from the bench) from 12 €
- Additional sensors (lambda, boost pressure) from 15 €/each
Prices are indicative and listed in euros (€); payment is accepted in lei (MDL) at the National Bank of Moldova exchange rate. The final cost depends on the model, power and condition of the car — we confirm it when you book.
Good to Know
Every bench calculates power a little differently. "Before" and "after" measurements must be done on the same bench — that's the only way the comparison is objective. We automatically account for atmospheric conditions so the numbers are honest regardless of the weather.
